The ice inside a glass decreases the temperature of the glass. Now, when the surrounding water vapours come in contact with the glass their kinetic energy decreases after their influence with the low temperature of the glass. And as it loses the kinetic energy it gets converted to its previous state of matter, that is, liquid state. That's why the glass shows much condensing.
