Drishti bought 100 dozens combs at ₹ 12 a dozen dozen . Her over head expenses were ₹ 150 .She sold them at ₹ 1.20 each .what was her profit or loss percent​

Cost price of of a dozen=Rs12

Cost price of 100 dozens=12×100=Rs1200

Over head expenses=Rs150

Total cost price =Rs1200+Rs150=Rs1350

Sp of each comb =Rs1.20

Sp of 1dozen (12) =Rs1.20×12=Rs14.40

Sp of 100 dozens=Rs14.40×100=Rs1440

Profit=Sp-Cp

=Rs1440-Rs1350

=Rs90

His profit per cent= (Profit/Cp ×100)%

=(90/1350×100)%

=20/3%(Answer)
