So,
Derivative of f(x)
= d((sinx)^2)/d(sinx)*d(sinx)/dx
= 2sinx * cos x
= 2sinx cosx or sin 2x

Let , f(x) = sin²x
By using chain rule , we get
dy/dx = 2sinx × d(sinx)/dx
dy/dx = 2sinx × cosx
dy/dx = sin2x
Hence , the derivative of sin²x is sin2x
