Drugs that work against viruses may not work against bacteria. Why?

Antibiotics are useless against viral infections. This is because viruses are so simple that they use their host cells to perform their activities for them. So antiviral drugs work differently to antibiotics, by interfering with the viral enzymes instead.

yes .... they won't work against bacteria beacuse. ..
the body structure and characteristics of viruses differ as that from bacteria...
both have different characteristics so it may not work on both of them.
