ds such as glucose and alcohol have hydrogen atoms in their molecule, yet they are not categorized as acids . Why?

Though glucose and alcohol have hydrogen in their molecules but they do not dissociate hydrogen ions in their aqeous forms.
And thus according to the Arrhenius Theory they cannot be classified as acids.

when we do the hydrolysis of acid alcohols and glucose solutions then they will not dissociate into h positive ions as compared to acid because acid dissociate in H positive ion when they were added to aqueous solution and acid also conduct electricity where as when we put glucose and alcohol solutions, they will not conduct electricity. that's why they do not categorised as acids
