Answer:

As we know left ventricle is usually thick than right ventricle because more pressure is created there as the blood is to be supplied to the whole body at different levels

now if left ventricle is thin effect pumping of blood will not take place, as a result, all the general activities of person will not be that efficient, the person cannot do any vigorous activity.

As less blood supply means less oxygen and therefore less energy.

blood pressure will be less, it will affect kidney

Explanation:

You must be referring to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (Hypoplastic left heart syndrome - Wikipedia) wherein the left side of the heart including the left ventricle remains underdeveloped. This has serious implications as the left ventricle is responsible for pumping blood to the rest of the body and is essential for survival. In children who survive a number of adjustments in the circulation ensure that the right ventricle also pumps blood to the rest of the body. The child may not survive subsequently unless some surgery is performed. Conventionally a 3 stage surgery is recommended, namely Norwood procedure - Wikipedia, followed by Glenn Shunt and finally Fontan procedure - Wikipedia.
