Respected Sir,

I am Ashutosh Mishra, staying at 7/23 Kunal Apartments, Delhi. I am writing on behalf of the entire locality about poor water supply condition. We receive inadequate amount of water supply very rarely where as water a basic necessity for all. We receive water for couple of hours a day, even there are days when no water at all. Most of the time the pipelines are broken or under maintenance.  

The entire locality is in very distress due to this condition. Hot summer without water is getting unbearable day by day. Please take necessary steps to have a solution and consider changing the existing system of water supply.
