Mr. Jhon won't be able to digest fats as there wont be any bile to emulsify (break down) the large globules of fats. This way, the action of lipase (enzyme secreted by small intestine to digest lipids) on fats will be ineffective.
His digestion will be incomplete and unhealthy.

Answer:

HE WILL STOMACH PAIN

Explanation:

If the bile juice is not secreted, the cholesterol levels will rise in his body. Bile juice is required to break the complex fats and carbohydrate compounds. In the absence of the secretion of the bile juice, the fats will not be broken down into simple compounds and thus, remain undigested
