Due to which reasons man has been attracted towards fertile soils?

"Not only man, many crops are also attracted towards the fertile soil.

Because if the soil is fertile, whatever, we are seeding in the soil grow very well. All the nutrients present in the soil help for the growth of the plants.

Fertile soil requires less of amount of water for growth and consists of large amount of earthworms (farmers' friendly worms) which distributes the nutrients evenly in the soil.

So, many crops and so humans are attracted by these fertile soils."
