daughter and six years later, he will be four years
older than twice her age. How old are they now?

Therefore Salim's present age = 38 years

His daughter's present age = 14 years

age of Salim's daughter 2 years ago = x

age of salim 2 years ago = 3x

age of Salim's daughter after 6 years = x+6

age of salim after 6 years= 3x+6=2(x+6)+4

=2(x+10)
