Actually there is no time limit for Kho Kho like Football or Hockey .

There are 2 innings in a match.

An inning is consist of Chase & Defence turns which are for 9 minutes each .

There is an interval of 6 min after every inning & 3 min break between two turns.

So it all sums up to this,

9+3+9+6+9+3+9 = 48 min

But if scores are equal after 2 innings then there is another inning (i.e. Each team gets chance to Chase and Defend ) , so the total match time increases by 21 min.
