Answer:Price of jeans after 10% discount = ₹1305

Price of shirt { each} after 10% discount = ₹765 each..

So total = ₹ 2835

Step-by-step explanation:

M.P of jeans = ₹ 1450

Discount = 10%

So S.P. = ₹ {1450-10% of 1450 }

= ₹ 1450 - ₹145

=₹1305.....

M.P of each shirt = ₹850

Discount = 10%

So S.P. = ₹ {850 - 10% of 850 }

= ₹850 - ₹85

= ₹ 765 .....each

Then SP of two shirts = 2 * ₹765

= ₹ 1530.

Toral SP = ₹ { 1305 + 1530 }

= ₹ 2835..

For a pair of jeans

Marked price =Rs.1450

Discount =10% of Rs.1450

                =10010×1450

                =Rs.145

∴ Sale price =1450−145

                      =Rs.1305

For two shirts

Marked price =(Rs.850)×2=Rs.1700

Discount =10% of Rs.1700

                =10010×1700

                =Rs.170

∴ Sale price =1700−170

                      =Rs.1530

Total sale price =1305+1530

                          =Rs.2835

Thus, the customer would have to pay Rs.2835
