Cost of jeans and shirts=1450+(850*2)=3150
Price after discount =3150-(3150*10/100)=3150-315=2835

For a pair of jeans

Marked price =Rs.1450

Discount =10% of Rs.1450

                =10010×1450

                =Rs.145

∴ Sale price =1450−145

                      =Rs.1305

For two shirts

Marked price =(Rs.850)×2=Rs.1700

Discount =10% of Rs.1700

                =10010×1700

                =Rs.170

∴ Sale price =1700−170

                      =Rs.1530

Total sale price =1305+1530

                          =Rs.2835

Thus, the customer would have to pay Rs.2835
