Let,
Distance of sun = Ds
Distance of moon = Dm
And,
Let, the radius of sun = rs
the radius of moon = rm
So, when the sun is completely covered by sun then, the line which join with thw tip os moon then it will also join with the tip of sun.
∴ rs/Ds = rm/dm
Distance of sun = Ds
Distance of moon = Dm
And,
Let, the radius of sun = rs
the radius of moon = rm
So, when the sun is completely covered by sun then, the line which join with thw tip os moon then it will also join with the tip of sun.
