No. of children in first row = 3 children

No. of children in second row = 7 = 3 + 4 = 7 children

No. of children in third row = 11 = 7 + 4 = 11 children

No. of children in fourth row = 15 = 11 + 4 = 15 children

A.T.Q

4 children are increasing in every row

So , No .of children in fifth row = 15 + 4 = 19 children

☆ No. of children in sixth row = 19 + 4 = 23 children

I Hope My answer is correct
