Centrifugation is a process where centrifugal force works to separate components from a solution based on their sizes, viscosity, and density of the medium and speed of the rotor. The two miscible substances are separated by this process. The components those are denser in the mixture moves away from the axis of the centrifuge but the components which are less dense in the mixture move to the center.
