The electrolysis of aqueous solution of sodium chloride is known as chlor-alkali process.
The reaction is as follows:
2NaCl + 2H2O ------> 2NaOH + H2 + Cl2.
The pH of the end result would be greater than 7 approximately around 14 as Cl2 and H2 is liberated and the remaining NaOH is basic in nature.
