During for tracking program one of your friend got injured would you continue tracking how can you help your friend

I think it's supposed to be 'trekking' if I'm not wrong.Trekking isn't that important than your friend.So I'd rather help him out.Do some first aid or get some medical help depending on the severity of the injury.
