Cramps are caused due to the dehydration and muscles strain and holding in right position for a long time and during vigorous exercise the part of the oxygen demand to have the muscles to develop and it lead to meet the anaerobic respiration in muscles forms lactic acid in the them and lactic acid in the them and cramps in your leg muscles in the fine manner.
