during lockdown I can not concentrate on my study.

Reason:may be I am addicted from mobile phone.

First thing you have to do is turn off notifications of whatsapp for complete 1 year, every group, every friend from whom you get even one message, turn all their notification off.

So now when you don't get any kind of whatsapp notification, you don't get that urge to open whatsapp, and believe me without notification you will start to feel whatsapp boring.(But one thing don't open whatsapp unnecessarily. Fixed a time, like in evening (3–4pm) or in night(after 11pm). So here you are one step further from killing distractions.

Same thing do it with Youtube. We get more notification from youtube and this notification is attractive. And once we fall in this trap and opened youtube thinking after this video I'll close it , its not going to happen we know that, and we going to waste 2hr or more definitely.( YouTube is best example how to keep audience on their platform)

Now what i did was, i scheduled my youtube notification. I was getting these notifications exactly on evening 7:00 PM, in a full bunch. So now i opened youtube only when I'm free. Also i don't use it unnecessarily , even i don't open it most of the time. I forgot there is something called youtube on my smartphone.I only remember it in night. My usage of youtube decrease to 2 times in whole day.
