during that time women were dominated by men in everything..in their rights,freedom of independence
After getting independence from the Britians also women were slaves for women
For example:all SOCIAL EVILS
present days women and men are enjoying the equal rights given by government....all are equal among the Indian constitution 
now a days women stands in front of all the problems...stands equally or nearly to men
 now at the present days there no body are  treated as slaves 
both are equally working in same company without being cruel
men are treating everybody as their sister and all women are treating men as their own brother 
women studies the difficult and rare subjects studied by men often
