During one year the population of a town increased by 5%. The other
year it decreased by 5%. If the population at the end of the
secon year is 9975. What was the orignal population.​

Then x × 105/100 × 95/100 = 9975

=> x = 9975×100×100 / 105×95

=> x = 9975×100×100 / 9975
