During Photosynthesis leaves convert water and carbon dioxide to a kind of sugar. If that is so all food stored by the plant should be sweet. But this is not so. Why?

Answer:

If it is so all food stored vying plant should be sweet but this is not so because it is like starch which is a giant chain of glucose but due to the way it's linked, we cant break it down into sugar as it does not provide any nutrient to us.
