During reflex actions,are the impulses carried to the brain by the neurons having Milein sheath,since it's more fast?

in reflex action there is no involvement of brain the reflex action is also known as a rapid action it takes the impulses to the

backbone via milein sheath& again returns to the impulses generated part so that the action may be stopped

eg: when we touch a hot surface the impulse controls & removes our hand from that surface
