Dear Diary,

                   Today I was given the opportunity to deliver a speech at the Republic day celebration. At first, I was a little nervous but my teacher boosted my confidence.

After the speech was over, everyone stood up and clapped for me. I was so overwhelmed to see their reaction. The teachers were really impressed.

It was one of the happiest days of my life. I am thankful to God.
