→ After Discount , Price of washing Maching = SP = Rs.12320 .

So,

→ Total Discount Given = MP - SP

→ Discount = 14500 - 12320

→ Discount = Rs.2180

So,

→ % Discount = [ (Discount in Rs.) * 100 /MP ]

→ % Discount = [ (2180 * 100) / 14500 ]

→ % Discount = 15.03%

Hence, Rate of discount offered was 15.03%..
