The primary spermatocyte divides meiotically (Meiosis I) into two secondary spermatocytes; each secondary spermatocyte divides into two equal haploid spermatids by Meiosis II.The spermatids are transformed into spermatozoa(sperm) by the process called Spermiogenesis.
