Spermiogenesis is the final stage of spermatogenesis, which sees the maturation of spermatids ... The head forms at one end, and the Golgi apparatus creates enzymes

hi,
The process of spermatogenesis. 1. Primary spermatocyte 2. Secondary spermatocytes 3. Spermatids 4. Sperm
Spermiogenesis is the final stage ofspermatogenesis, which sees the maturation of spermatids into mature, motilespermatozoa. The spermatid is a more or less circular cell containing a nucleus, Golgi apparatus, centriole and mitochondria. All these components take part in forming the spermatozoan.

hope it helps you
