different dyes show different colors because they blind with the part of cells in specific way and the nature of bond between the staining dye and the parts of the cell varies according to nature of the dye. this variation of ways of blinding of dyes imparts different colors. those parts of cells which dose blind with dye remain colorless as the staining dyes gets washed away during the procedure of staining.
