During summer when there is scarsity of water you notice that your immediate neighbour use water liberally to wash their vehicle and their front yard

the advice I would give us that if the neighbours wish to wish their vehicle they should use less water and should wash their vehicle in a garden so that the water doesn't get wasted it gets utilized by the plants and if they can prefer they should wash their vehicle with a wet cloth instead of wasting water.you can also start awareness program in your locality to aware people about importance of water.
