At the last of each Program Increment the Inspect and Adapt workshop plays an important role.  

PIs main subject is Inspect & Adapt.

Stakeholders analyses the solution in process A everyday to reflect, collect data, and solve problems.

Workshop is where teams collects and take action on the improvements needed to inflate velocity, quality and reliability of the succeeding PI.
