during the journey of food from mowth to stomach oesophagus.how does muscular system coordinate in this process

in our digestive system the food is crushed by teeth in mouth. The mixing of saliva takes place in mouth with the help of tongue. The food then goes in oesophagus which is muscular tube. at mouth of oesophagus there is muscle called as pharynx which help to food go in oesophagus not in respiratory track. then food is goes to stomach by the wave of contraction and relaxation is called peristalsis. There are muscle called cardiac sphincter at opening of oesophagus in stomach which provide the food to go back in oesophagus. And finally the food goes to small intestine from stomach. And carried out their process..........
