Hello I can help.
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Population of the town 5 years back= 12,00,000
Present population of the town
= 12,00,000+15% of 12,00,000
=1200000+15/100×1200000
=1200000+15×12000
=1200000+180000
=1380000

Answer- The present population of the town is 13,80,000.
