settlements were introduced, so according to you what were those land

revenue settlements and why did the EEIC and Britishers introduced

Explanation:  in 18th century the British East Indian Company had passed a bill known as farmans that means taking taxes and land revenue of being owner of that land. example if someone had bought a land so the tax on it will be given by owner of that land. And This land revenues and taxes help Britishers to use it in salary and other things.
