During the second world war Indian freedom struggle became more extensive due to the following reasons:
1. Britain was suffering huge losses due to the world war so it was busy solving it's own problems and didn't had much control over it's colonies
2. As Britain was busy with its own problems our freedom fighters saw it as an opportunity to get free from British Rule
3. Many people were oppressed by the Britishers and due to high amount of tax that they had to pay even during the time of war lead to extensive to the Indian Freedom struggle.
