During the shooting of a super hit film ‘MARD’ Amitabh Bachchan was waiting for his beloved Amrita Singh with his dog. When he saw her approaching, the dog was excited and dashed to her than back to master

and so on, never stopping. How far would you estimate the dog ran if his speed is 30 km/h and each of them walked at 4 km/h, starting 400 m apart?

Answer:

1500m.

Explanation:

km/hr = 4000m/hr

They will meet in:

t = S / V, where S = 400m, V = V1 +

V2

t = 400 / (4000 + 4000) = 0.05hrs

The distance made by the dog is:

D

= t * Vd, where Vd = 30km/hr

D = 0.05 * 30 = 1.5km

Answer: 1.5km.

Answer: 1.5 km or 1500 m

Explanation:

We know that 1 km = 1000 m

Similarly 4 km = 4000 m

So 4 km/h = 4000 m/h

Time taken by both to cover 400 m = distance between them / sum of their velocities = 400/ 4000 + 4000 = 400/8000 = 0.05 hours

Distance to be covered by the dog = time taken by both to cover 400 m * velocity of dog

Since, it is given that velocity of dog is 30 km/h

So, distance covered by the dog is 0.05 * 30 = 1.5 km or 1500 m

Pls mark it as brainliest

Hope it helps you
