Therefore trees planted by section A = 3X+5
Total trees = 221
ATQ
X+3X+5 = 221
4X+5 = 221
4X = 221 - 5
4X = 216
X = 216/4
X = 54

Trees planted be section A = 3X+5
= 3× 54 + 5
= 167
