say x+y = u

=> 1 + dy/dx = du/dx

=> dy/dx = du/dx-1

hence

=> du/dx-1 = -u

=> du/dx = 1-u

=> dx = {1/(1-u)}du

=> x = -lnl1-ul+c

=> x +lnl1-x-yl
