Daying Ering Committee In the time 1964, the GOI, through the Governor of Assam, appointed a Committee of 4 members under the chairmanship of Shrid. Daying Ering Committee Report The Committee submitted its report to the Governor of Assam on 4th January 1965 with roughly 50 recommendations.
