The role of the man is indeed dynamic, in protecting the environment as well as destroying the environment.

Explanation:

  • It is the effect of man that the environment is in the condition it is today. Due to urbanization, and modernization, a vast amount of natural resources were used.
  • To meet the fuel needs, non-renewable resources were spent without any consideration. Due to man’s greed, forests were cut down and animals were butchered.  This shows the role of the man as being the destroyer.
  • At the same time, it is the man who protests against these acts and has established laws to protect nature, and this shows the protector nature of men.
