Let winner get x votes, then looser get x−60

According to the question,

x × 200/3× 1/100 =x−60

200x=300x−18000

−100x=−18000

x=180

Hence winner get 180 votes

Looser get, 180−60=120 votes

Total votes=180+120=300

Winner get

180/ 300×100=60% votes.
