We know that,
Now, put the values
Hence, Perimeter of rectangular field is 260m.
Distance covered by Amar in 1 round is equal to the perimeter of the rectangle.
Also we have,
Speed of Amar = 3km/hr = 3× 1000/3600 m/s = 5/6m/s
Amar cover 5/6 meter in 1 second.
Therefore, He covers 520m in second.
- 560 × 6/5 = 424 second = 424/60 minutes = 10.4minutes
Therefore, the total time Amar takes is 10.4 minutes.
