Answer:

Here are the solutions to the questions from the chapter " TANGERINE THE WASP ".

Explanation:

1) The wasp was named Tangerine because marmalade made from Tangerine oranges was his favorite food.

2) The battle of Bakerloo has been narrated in the story.

3) It was clear that the general had come up to this high point in order to get a good view of the fight. Also according to Tangerine, there was no doubt because he wanted to stay in a safe place himself.

4) Tangerine thought if he could sting the general’s horse, he might possibly accomplish something to mess up the battle planes. Tangerine hopped onto the horse behind the general and sting the poor fellow on the flank. After having done this, Tangerine felt that it was a dirty trick to have played on the horse and he wanted to apologize to him afterward.

5)  The general of the smitherneenians got no end of decorations and honors for the victory of Bakerloo. But, according to Tangerine it was actually he who had won the battle and hence he wanted a little more marmalade as a treat.
