ANSWERS:

11) A unit of measurement which has a fixed value which does not change from person to person or place to place, is called a standard unit of length. It is necessary to have standard units of measurements for the sake of uniformity in measurements.

2) Periodic motion, in physics, motion repeated in equal intervals of time. Periodic motion is performed, for example, by a rocking chair, a bouncing ball, a vibrating tuning fork, a swing in motion, the Earth in its orbit around the Sun, and a water wave.

3)A person performing a Somersault, is an example of rotational motion. When we open a cap of any soda bottle, it jumps up in the air because of pressure released and is an example of rotational motion. Fan moving in the house, table fan, hand blender's blades motion are all examples of rotational motion.
