E.coli is bacteria found in human intestines but still we don’t call it a parasite .Why?

an organism which lives in or on another organism (its host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the other's expense and harms host is parasite
where as e. coli doesn't harm host
it is useful
so it is not parasite
