Sir,
I am a student of the local government college which has five hundred students on roll. The
college saygthat every student have t8 buy a laptop. None are allowed without a laptop. I cannot affords
to buy it. Neither I nor my friends has the money to buy it. Moreover, our college has no powers supply
and the equipments and connection are so old that any new laptop will crash immediately. Everyone in
our college want to protest but are silent out of fear.
