It is celebrated in the month of Dhu Al Hijiah, the 12th month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Eid Al Adha falls on the 10th day of Dhu Al Hijiah . This year, Muslims in India will look for the cresent on July 20 - 21 and hence Bakrid is expected to fall on July 21 , 2021 .
