Given ,

Distance (r) = 30 cm or 0.3 m

Dipole moment (P) = 10 C-m

We know that , the electric field due to electric dipole at a axial point is given by

 \boxed{ \tt{E =  \frac{2KP}{ {(r)}^{3} } }}

Thus ,

\tt \implies E =  \frac{2 \times 9 \times  {(10)}^{9}  \times 10  }{ {(0.3)}^{3} }

\tt \implies E =  \frac{18 \times  {(10)}^{10} }{0.027}

 \tt \implies E =   \frac{18 \times  {(10)}^{13} }{27}

\tt \implies E =    0.6 \times {(10)}^{13}  \:  \: N/C
