E-governance is the link between the government and the citizens so that citizens can actually communicate with the citizens and talk about their problems, with the emergence of this the corruption has been sort of tackled. With the help of electronic platforms, people can raise their voice.

This information is accessible by everyone so that people can look into it and sort out the problem and can solve the problem of corruption at every stage.

It helps the government with not employing any person at that level because it is a tiresome job and a lot of people should be hired in order to communicate with people and actually ask them what the problem is, but with this tool everyone can say what they want to and the people can note down the problems people have in a better way with this way the problem of offering bribe to the officials can also be avoided.

With this approach, the delays can also be avoided and if there is any delay it can quickly come under the scanner and the officials take notice of it and it can also tell a lot about the employees if they are working efficiently or not. And on the basis of this, the employees can be given a bonus and the ones who are not working efficiently can be laid off.

When people are dealing with such things there is a lot of corruption and human error, with this approach the chance of such things is quite low, there is no worry of paper getting lost, and if one of the officials is out of town, the hassle of chasing down that person can be avoided by interacting or communicating with that person through e-governance.

With the help of this, there is no fear of files being altered for monetary gains or other gains, with the help of this approach every stakeholder can be informed about the situation and how the things are working at the higher level.

This approach of e-governance is very important and useful for the citizens so that they can report the corrupt officials and also keep a track of their tax returns and also all the relevant information they need is available online. This approach is designed keeping the interests of the citizens in mind and is useful for the public in a lot of different ways.

E-governance is a new way with which the public of the country can have more democratic approach by raising their voice and actually voice their opinions to the higher officials.

Firstly there was a problem of corruption because people would go to the higher officials and ask them to do a certain thing by offering them bribe which was leading the country towards corruption.

Now to deal with this problem e-governance is a good medium with which there can also be kept a check who answered to what query and how.

This concept can also help the official see the efficiency of the workers, if they take the problem of the public seriously or not or if they replied with a delay then what was the reason behind it.
