Hey MATE!!!

If a body is having zero momentum it means that either it's mass is zero or it's velocity is zero.

Since we are considering a body therefore mass cannot be zero therefore velocity needs to be zero.

Now we know that kinetic energy is given by :

KE = mv^2/2

Since, velocity of same body is zero therefore, automatically its kinetic energy becomes zero as we put value of 'v' as zero.

HOPE IT HELPS

HAKUNA MATATA :))
